Dear Adrian and Linda,

Katie and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to both of you for making the photo and video part of our special day so seamless and enjoyable. All of our photos are fantastic and you have really caught some great moments that we otherwise would have missed. It’s also fantastic that you have let us have a copy of all the photos without any further costs.

The video was the best thing we ever did, and we can’t imagine looking back at the wedding without having that to reflect on whenever we feel like it. We didn’t know what to expect with the video, but the editing from start to finish is great. We have shared and watched the video with family and friends and everyone has commented on the quality and finish of the video… so expect some business from it!

We also would like to thank you especially for not letting us down on the day, being on time, completely reliable and so assertive with out guests throughout the day – you did really well to get all the photos that we requested in the time that we had and can’t thank you enough for that. The picture with all the guests on it, taken from the upstairs window of the hall is simply genius!

We also would like to say that we were blown away to hear that you had been in hospital only a few days before our wedding day. You could have let us down and you didn’t. Whilst we didn’t know this until after the wedding, this just goes to show  how committed you are to your job and your profession. Whilst we both hope you don’t work too hard in the future, I think this was very kind of you not to let us down. I am sure many people looking to hire a photographer would like to know that  the person they are thinking of hiring is in fact reliable… Well i don’t think you could do much more to prove that “reliable” is exactly what you are Adrian.

From start to finish we could not fault you or your team, and Linda your lovely wife really put Katie at ease and helped her throughout the day with her dress and photos shoots. If any of your potential customers are not satisfied with what you offer for some bizarre reason then Katie or myself would be more than happy to share our great experience with them to give them piece of mind. Please feel free to pass on my number or share this letter with them should you require.

We will be in touch soon Adrian as we will require a few more copies of the video and of course to pull the album together some time soon.
